The production line composes of five layer dryer, firing kiln and auxiliary equipment etc. The width of the firing kiln is 3050 and the length is 149.1 meters,the gap between 4 pieces of advancing tile less than 50mm, no tonality difference, and fuel consumption reaches the modern technique standard of 430Kcal/kg. The first day the kiln was operated the output was 6500 square meters, and the second day 8000 square meters.
According to the principal of Vietnam Royal Ceramic, the present data of the kiln showed that the MODENA 3050 width section kiln has the advantage of low fuel consumption and space-saving comparing with the traditional length section kiln. With the same investment the width kiln saves energy by 20%, and space by 30% against the traditional kiln. A 25 meters five layer dryer saves more than 25% of space, rapidly drying and making no crackled tile.
