On 5th, April 15, 2009, the four layer dryer developed by MODENA in Zhe Jiang Rui Gao has been put into production successfully. It should be known that the product of this new type dryer is the extrude tiles with 18% water absorption. The extrude tiles use the room type dryer and tunnel dryer with big investment and long drying cycle of above 30 hours and the consumption is usually 4000M3/day, drying fault reaches above 5%. After the utilization of the four layer dryer, the dryer cycle reduces to 4 hours. The dryer consumption is above 1800M3/day. The drying fault rate is above 1%. It can save the labor and production cost, which can be more competitive in the market.
