The Normal operation of Micro-powder in ANTIQUE

Modena first micro-powder production line in India has been put into production in March successfully in ANTIQUE. Several new technology has been utilized in this line:1, High efficiency MHP powder transportation system., which is easy to transport the different color with 2 hours and realize the product exchange.2. Low energy consumption in the dryer and kiln. The rapid cooling recycled air of the kiln is used in the 5 layer dryer and realize the self-control. This is the breakthrough achievement. Also the kiln uses the new combustion heat up system. The max combustion heat up temperature can reach to 250, which will save a lot of fuel and the kiln consumption can stay in the condition of 450K/cal.kg easily.

There is one existing Chinese kiln and two SACMI kilns. And now MODENA provide
